Preferences & Requirements:
- Renters insurance is required. In most cases, the co-signers (parents) can add this to their homeowner’s policy for a minimal amount.
- A deposit is required and not applicable to your first month’s rent. This amount is equivalent to your 1st month’s rent.
- Co-signers are required since many students do not have the required credit scores. If you don't have a co-signer, your last month's rent is due at time of deposit.
