Sunny bedroom with large closet, bathroom down the hall, washer and dryer, hardwood floors, cathedral ceilings, and a big yard. Bedroom has a queen size bed and can be furnished further as well if needed. Well behaved pets will be considered. My other two tenants are responsible, easy going, quiet at home, and considerate and are looking for the same.
