Yankee Barn post and beam located on 4.4 acres just off Elmore Mountain Rd with spectacular western views of Mt. Mansfield and beyond. Sunny bedroom with large closet, bathroom down the hall, washer and dryer, hardwood floors, cathedral ceilings, and a big yard. Bedroom has a queen size bed and can be furnished further as well if needed. Well behaved pets will be considered for an additional fee. Rent is $1200 for the bedroom, plus $100 for utilities/mo. Room is available October 1, arrangements for later move-in dates may be possible. My other two tenants are responsible, easy going, quiet at home, and considerate and are looking for the same.
