What's included in Your Monthly Membership: * Fully furnished private room - Each room has its own unique electronic lock, eliminating the hassle of keys. * All Utilities are included (Water, sewer, trash, electric, and blazing fast 3 GbPS wifi internet). * Weekly housekeeping and landscaping included. *Private, assigned parking for members with Suites; all others are curbside (Only one car per member). *Huge chef-like kitchen and welcoming shared living space.
