50% of rent: Credit Score above 700; No criminal, eviction, or collection items.
One month's rent: Credit Score 650-699; No criminal, eviction, or collection items.
One month's rent with co-signer: Credit Score below 650; Any misdemeanor criminal charges or collections items. Third party credit bureau reports may also be submitted for additional consideration.
