Available late September. This bright 900-square-foot, 2+2 unit offers an upgraded kitchen, private balcony, large windows, storage, and skylights. It's located on the top floor in a corner pocket. We are also a pet-welcoming building! Some breed restrictions apply to larger dogs. • Subject to a monthly $1.61 Los Angeles Rent Stabilization Ordinance (RSO) fee • Tenant pays variable monthly utilities via RUBS (Water, Sewer, Trash), billed based on occupancy and usage. Averaged historically at ~$100–$110/month for a single occupant; higher with additional occupants. • Proof of personal liability insurance ($100,000 minimum) is required prior to move-in. If tenant does not provide proof of third-party insurance, tenant will be automatically enrolled in our Landlord Liability Insurance (LLI) policy for $15/month. • On-site parking spots are limited and not guaranteed upon move-in. Optional spaces are $50-$100/month, when available (waitlist currently applies). One-time $25 Non-Refundable Clicker/Access Fee • On-site coin/app-operated laundry room available for resident convenience.
