Household gross monthly income should be 2 times the rent plus utilities
Minimum credit score of 550.
No collections (excluding student loans and medical payments).
Clean criminal history.
Clean rental history.
Utility Policies:
Landlord sets up and bills back to the resident for your share of electric, water, sewer, and trash at a flat fee.
Residents are responsible for setting up Xcel Energy & Gas, cable, and internet services as desired.
