We're well known for the care we take in maintaining our buildings, as we have five full time maintenance personnel on staff to ensure prompt attention to any problems. An Apartment with an Open Floor Plan This comfortable 2 bedroom apartment is located in the addition and features many windows and an open floor plan. It comes equipped with a stove and refrigerator. Heat, water, on-site coin-op laundry machines, trash service and snow plowing are all provided and included in the rent. Parking is free in the lot directly behind the building. Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment, and that no pets are allowed.
