Inside, you'll find luxury vinyl plank flooring, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and updated fixtures, offering a sleek and stylish space that combines durability with elegance! $75 will be added on top of the base rental rate, this includes water/sewer, trash, pest control, lawn care, and 2 assigned parking spaces. No rental applications will be screened until the applicant has viewed the property in person. The application fee is $75.00 per adult. All adults over the age of 18 living in the home must apply separately. A non-refundable pet fee of $300 per pet is required (maximum of 2 pets, no aggressive breed dogs allowed) Rental Requirements: No Evictions in the last 5 years No rental collections in the last 5 years No outstanding utility bill balances Household combined monthly income must be more than or equal to 3 times the rental amount In addition to the monthly rent, a $17 monthly asset protection fee is due on the 1st of each month for all rentals. If credit is BELOW 620, a double security deposit or SDI policy will be required. Security deposit or SDI policy is due within 48 hours of an approved application.
