Inside, you'll find luxury vinyl plank flooring, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and updated fixtures, offering a sleek and stylish space that combines durability with elegance!
$75 will be added on top of the base rental rate, this includes water/sewer, trash, pest control, lawn care, and 2 assigned parking spaces.
No rental applications will be screened until the applicant has viewed the property in person. The application fee is $75.00 per adult. All adults over the age of 18 living in the home must apply separately.
A non-refundable pet fee of $300 per pet is required (maximum of 2 pets, no aggressive breed dogs allowed)
Rental Requirements:
No Evictions in the last 5 years
No rental collections in the last 5 years
No outstanding utility bill balances
Household combined monthly income must be more than or equal to 3 times the rental amount
In addition to the monthly rent, a $17 monthly asset protection fee is due on the 1st of each month for all rentals.
If credit is BELOW 620, a double security deposit or SDI policy will be required. Security deposit or SDI policy is due within 48 hours of an approved application.
If negative information is found in any category, the application is subject to denial.
