Parkside Heights will deliver 175 new homes at Hillside Park across two four story buildings, with a mix of studio, one, two, and three bedroom apartments designed for a range of households. Of the 175 homes, 135 will be reserved for households earning 60 percent AMI or below, and 40 will be set aside for households earning 30 percent AMI or below. Thirteen of the 30 percent AMI homes will be reserved for Permanent Supportive Housing residents.
Residents will have access to amenities that support comfort, connection, and everyday ease, including a multipurpose room, on-site management and service offices, laundry facilities, and a courtyard with a playground and barbecue area. A dedicated resilience hub will also serve as a central space for resident support and resource distribution, equipped with emergency supplies and designed with backup power to stay operational when it matters most.
