Must demonstrate verifiable income of at least 2.5x the rent OR provide an approved alternative source of rental assistance or a qualified Co-Signer. Applicants must have a credit score of at least 700 OR provide an alternative qualification such as a co-signer or proof of financial stability. Early termination fees may apply. A $150 administrative fee is due at move-in. The $20/month Tenant Benefit Package is required for all residents and includes liability coverage. Security deposit is equal to one month's rent and will be due at lease signing. First month's rent is due the day prior to the lease start date.
