Our open-concept apartments have stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and cherry wood cabinets. Some of our apartments have vinyl-planked floors and others have carpet and tile floors. Our security deposit starts out at $200.00 (based on your credit score and rental history) Our application fee is $25.00 per adult. Our shortest lease is for 12 months.
