Rent is $1195 per month, and security deposit starts at $2390. This is month-to-month lease and Renters Insurance required and due at time of signing. PETS: Cats & Small dogs accepted upon approval basis only with additional funds towards security deposit: $500 for 1st pet, $250 for additional pets.
