Thanks for your interest in making Valley View Apartments as your new apartment home! We offer 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments at our community. Our community is a part of a Tax Credit Program. These have income restrictions, depending on how many occupy the apartment. Can you tell me how many would be occupying the apartment and what size apartment you are interested in? Here is a bit of information regarding our property: All apartments feature Stove, Fridge, dishwasher and air conditioning. There is ample cabinetry in the kitchen and baths, and on-site laundry. Garages are available, they are detached manual garages, and are currently running at $50/month with a year lease. Residents may have up to two pets, which must be spade or neutered current on shots with veterinarian proof in our office. There are some breeds restrictions. There is a $350 non-refundable fee and $35 pet rent per month for each pet as well. Our application fees are just $13 per adult. There is a $350 security deposit that is fully refundable within 30 days of move out minus any move-out charges, with approved application. Tours are available Monday through Friday.
