Monthly. 2 cats max. Our community is pet-friendly. Breed, weight, and other restrictions apply. General Requirements • Pets must be commonly recognized domestic animals and must be spayed/neutered. • Maximum of 2 pets per apartment. • 85 lb weight limit per pet. • No visiting pets allowed. Fees • $300 non-refundable one-time fee + $45 monthly fee (per pet) Behavior & Control • Dogs must be leashed at all times outside the apartment. • Residents must control pets in hallways, elevators, and all Common Areas. • Pets may not run loose, be tied outside, or be kept in hallways, balconies, or lanais. • Pets must use designated pet areas (if provided) or be walked off property. • Residents must immediately clean up and properly dispose of pet waste; cat litter must be bagged and securely tied. Liability • Tenant(s) agree to fully indemnify the Landlord, owner, or agent for any damages or injuries caused by their pet. Renters insurance must include coverage for pet coverage and water damage (for tanks). Restricted Breeds The following breeds, full blood or mixed at any percentage, are prohibited: Pit Bulls, Bull Terriers, American Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, Mastiff breeds, German Shepherds, Dobermans, Chows, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Wolf Hybrids, and Huskies. Approval & Documentation • All pets must be approved by the Landlord before being brought onto the property. • Residents must bring pets to the office for a photo prior to move in. • Proof of current vaccinations is required. Fish • Allowed only in tanks up to 10 gallons (one tank per unit). • Tanks must be properly supported and only allowed on first-floor units (exceptions might be made based on availability and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis). • Renter’s insurance must include aquarium coverage.
