Apartments include a washer/dryer, microwave, stove, and dishwasher. We welcome service animals. Renter’s insurance is not required but is highly recommended. Water, sewer, and trash are all included in the cost of the rent. The resident is responsible for Electric and will pay this directly to the provider.
