All of our apartments have lots of storage, including a pantry in the 1-bedroom units, and a second closet in the master bedroom in the 2 and 3 bedroom units. All units have a sliding glass door that opens onto a patio, deck or balcony. Assigned off-street parking, 1 free parking space is included with the unit. Additional parking and garages available to rent. Pet friendly units allow dogs and cats with additional pet rent of $50 per pet. Residents pay $55-$75 toward water, sewer and garbage. Tenants pay electricity (PGE). Screening fee is $55 for Applicants 18 years of age and older. Our screening company verifies all information, conducts a criminal background check and obtains a credit report. Income criteria (all sources combined) is 2 1/2 times the rental amount.
