You do not have to select a unit to apply (if you are unsure). * Verifiable income must be $3,000 per month. * After you complete the application, shoot us a text at 480-996-8100 so we can give personal attention to your housing needs. * Once we have determined the best fit, we will send you to self-view the property. All the units are on lockboxes, making it easy to view. * You don't need a perfect credit score. If you're a hard-working person, we can look beyond your credit score. * If you don't have all the money for a security deposit, that's fine too. We can work something out, and the payment can be made over time. * I love pets and don't charge pet rent. There is a one-time, non-refundable pet cleaning fee of $250.
