Entering through your own private foyer into the living room, you will find this third-floor apartment boasts a stunning view of the courtyard. The apartment itself is full of character with original brick and window work and a decorative fireplace. The living room comes furnished with a couch and armchair, smart television, and a desk with the necessary stationery to complete any work from home. Through the living room, you enter the bedroom suite, complete with a full-size bed, dresser, and smart television. The bedroom room has a closet for extra storage and a full-size bathroom with bath linens. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cookware and dinnerware you need! Cabinets stocked with plates, glasses, pots, pans, mixing bowls, and silverware. Appliances furnished in the kitchen are a full-size gas range, over the stove microwave, and a refrigerator.
