STUDENT HOUSING!! Unit 426- Open application starts at 5/17/2026 at 10AM PST. Any application before then will receive an 8 hour penalty. Utilities are flat rate fee of $75 for all utilities. Wifi is included in the cost of your rent. The rental rate advertised is for a 12 month lease. The Amy can accommodate short term leases upon availability at a premium rate. Please inquire with the leasing office for details. The Amy was designed with the student experience in mind. Several large common areas throughout the building promote community and student connection, while the private studio apartments allow residents to maintain their own space. Our apartments come complete with a Murphy bed and a desk and chair set, perfect for studying. An outdoor courtyard and complimentary bike parking are just a few of the amenities available to residents. Located within moments to Portland State University, The Amy is also a short distance from Safeway, restaurants, coffee shops, and many public transit lines.
