Approval requirements are verified income of at least 3X the amount of the rent, a credit score of 650 or above with no collections, and good rental history with no evictions. Once an application is approved the security deposit must be paid within 48 hours to hold the unit. If the security deposit is not received within 48 hours the application will be cancelled.
