Every loft apartment at Prairie Hills features a spacious, two-story layout. Apartments are available with a standard staircase or a spiral staircase that serves as the focal point of the downstairs area. Prairie Hills Apartments are located in North Decatur, close to the Mound shopping center. On-site parking is available. We allow up to 2 pets with no breed or size restrictions. We require a $250 non-refundable fee per pet due at move-in and a $25/month pet rent per pet. We handle water, sewer, trash removal, monthly preventative pest control, parking, and snow removal for a $50 monthly utility fee.
