No need to search for a laundromat as we have laundry onsite and an attentive full time maintenance staff! Cats are more than welcome with a $300 pet deposit and NO PET RENT. All service and enclosed animals are welcome as well with no fees attached. We do not accept dogs as pets. Applicants must have no previous evictions or housing related collections and pass credit and background check. We require a $50.00 application fee for any adult applying and a landlord reference for any credit score under 620.
