There are plenty of food options nearby as well, from casual dining to quick takeout spots, and larger shopping centers like Arden Fair Mall are just a short drive away. If you enjoy being outdoors, you’re close to parks and the American River trails, which are great for walking, biking, or just getting some fresh air. The neighborhood itself has a nice, quiet residential feel while still being close to everything you need, which a lot of our residents really appreciate.
