Reimagined for a new chapter in the Financial District, Pearl & Pine honors its postwar modernist roots defined by clean lines, confident geometry, and a belief in progress through design. Today, that legacy continues with spaces designed for expressive living; grounded in its context, and distinctly its own.
Designed by CetraRuddy, Pearl & Pine’s interiors are guided by new modernism, creativity, and a balance of vibrant minimalism with neutral luxe. Elegance emerges through restraint and intention, with a palette of warm walnut, cognac leather, and jewel-toned accents. Throughout the building, material transitions and color relationships echo the residences, creating a cohesive experience that extends well beyond the front door.
Rather than scattering spaces and experiences, the building organizes ten floors of amenity programming through its vertical core, creating a connected collection shaped by a singular design vision. Each room is purpose-built with lighting, furnishings, and layouts calibrated for how that space will be used. Wellness feels restorative. Social spaces invite gathering and connection. Work spaces support focus. Throughout, a consistent design language ensures every shared experience feels intentional and complete.
