All bedrooms are single occupancy and come with their own door lock. While assigned parking is available at an additional fee, street parking remains conveniently accessible. We take care of setting up utilities, cable, and wifi, so tenants don't need to deal with PG&E or Comcast. Shorter rent terms negotiable.
