We are pleased to offer a welcoming home for both you and your pet, complete with various amenities designed for your comfort and convenience. These amenities include an on-site laundry facility and off-street parking. We also pride ourselves on fostering a neighborly environment for all our residents. We currently offer 12-month lease terms and are pleased to accept Section 8 vouchers. Our rental criteria include a net income of 2.5 to 3 times the monthly rent, a credit score of 540 or higher, and a minimum of 2 years of rental history. We require no prior evictions, and no open collections or closed collections within the past 2 years without a reasonable explanation. Renters insurance is required at the time of move-in, or it can be provided by default for $15.00 per month. Regarding our pet policy, there is a fee of $25.00 per pet, per month, and a pet deposit of $300. For service animals and companion animals, certification is required, and an interview will be conducted for approval. We look forward to hearing from you soon.
