They are ADA accessible units with separate entrances at the back side of the building. We are a small, 8-unit building, and all units are rented except this one! We are walking distance to the University of Washington, Grocery Stores, Buslines, the Ave and just a skip to Downtown Seattle! We do not have parking on site, it is only street parking. Zone permits are available from the city for street parking. But this is a fantastically pedestrian-oriented area, so ditch the car and go green! Newer built-green building in the heart of the U-District featuring energy efficient appliances and modern fixtures. The building is 4-Star Built Green and was sustainably constructed--feel good about where you live! Units come unfurnished, but can be partially or fully furnished for an additional rate.
