- Electric: Billed separately through Puget Sound Energy, monthly cost depends on usage.

- Renter's Insurance: $100,000 liability coverage, lists all adult leaseholders, includes 123-4th Apts as additional insured.
- Parking: $150/month Garage Parking (Optional)
DEPOSITS & FEES
- Application Fee: $50 per applicant, paid at time of application.
- Holding Fee: 25% of rent, paid at time of approval.
(This holds the apartment until move in and is applied as prepaid rent. If you cancel or do not occupy the apartment at move in, this fee will be forfeited).
- Standard Security Deposit: $500, paid at move in.
