Application Fee is Non-Refundable if credit checks are done Applicant must supply the names and ages of residing tenant(s) GOVERNMENT ISSUE ID REQUIRED HOLDING THE PROPERTY: If your application is accepted, you will be asked to put down half of the earnest money deposit within 3 days. This will be considered your "holding deposit". The rental unit will be held for 7 full calendar days before final monies are collected.
