Our apartments come with a great walk-in pantry, refrigerator, self-cleaning oven, garbage disposal, and dishwasher. The bathroom has a shower tub combo. Spacious bedroom, a wall air conditioner in the living room, and plenty of storage. We also accept cats and dogs (must be people friendly & restrictions on some breeds). There is a $250 refundable security deposit for each pet. The monthly fee is $25.00 per pet, limit 2. Water/sewer and trash/recycling pick-up are included. There is a $27.00 application processing fee and only qualified applicants need to apply. Your net income must be three times the amount of rent, credit score over 650 and at least two years of satisfactory rental history. We may allow cosigners.
