Our apartments come with a great walk-in pantry, refrigerator, self-cleaning oven, garbage disposal and dishwasher. The bathroom has a shower tub combo, spacious bedrooms and a wall air conditioner in the living room and plenty of storage. We also accept cats and dogs (must be people friendly & restrictions on some breeds). There is a $200 refundable security deposit for each pet. The monthly fee is $35.00 per animal with a limit of two. Water and trash pick-up are included. There is a $25.00 credit check fee. Only qualified applicants need to apply. Your gross income must be three times the amount of rent, good rental history and credit score must be 635 or above. We may allow for cosigners.
