Silver Lake Commons participates in an affordable housing program. Household income & student status limitations apply. The household income is based on GROSS annual income (before any deductions) earned from all sources including; wages, social security payments, public assistance, pensions, annuities, interest income, dividends, stocks, bonds, insurance settlements, recurring gifts from family/friends, lottery winnings, etc. The property has a minimum household income requirement of 2.5 times the monthly rent amount to qualify. Third party verification will be required of all income and copies of tax returns and pay stubs may be required. Total household income must be UNDER the following limits based on household size: - 1 Occupant: $49,680 - 2 Occupants: $56,760 - 3 Occupants: $63,840 - 4 Occupants: $70,920 - 5 Occupants: $76,620 - 6 Occupants: $82,320 Rent rates are subject to change yearly based upon HUD's adjustment of the income limits for the specified area. If the area's average median income increases, rent rates will increase as well. Housing Vouchers Accepted Dogs and Cats allowed with a $500 deposit and $15 cat $25 dog monthly pet rent Applications will be available online. Each application is $60 per adult and can be paid with a credit or debit card. Also required $300 holding fee due within 24 hours of applying. Application is based on income (must make 2.5x rent, or have voucher) , credit, rental history and includes a criminal background check.
