The rent for this unit is $490 with a $345 deposit and a $15 utility fee that covers water, trash, and sewer, heat, and AC. The tenant is responsible for Electric and Internet. This building is pet friendly! We allow cats and dogs. We charge a one time non refundable pet deposit as well as $20 pet rent monthly. PET DEPOSITS CAT $200/CAT RENTAL REQUIREMENTS: We require our tenants to have a clean criminal and rental history. (i.e. no recent felonies, not on probation or parole, no recent or unpaid evictions, and no money owed to a rental or utility company). We require a credit score of 600+, and the tenant must make 3 times the amount of the rent.
