Located near Hillsdale Elementary and Park, Valcrest Apartments is a great place to call home. There is lots of storage, washer/dryer hookups and dishwashers in every unit. We are even pet friendly! To secure an apartment we require applications for each adult (you may apply online at www.remautah.com, pick up an application at the office, or use the one attached), a refundable security deposit ($300), lease initiation fee ($200) and application fees($35 per adult) so we may run a credit and background check for each adult living in the home.
