The unit includes in-home conveniences such as a washer & dryer, fridge, microwave, and oven range, plus air conditioning for added comfort. Building amenities support active and social lifestyles with a fitness room, playground, community room, and a dog washing station. Overflow parking is available on-site. Water/Sewer is based on usage, paid to Millstone Management. Electricity is based on usage and paid to EWEB. All residents are required to have/maintain renters insurance. All non ESA animals come with a $400 refundable pet deposit per pet, rent increases by $25 a month per pet. All pet deposits are equal to one moth of rent, or higher based on background/credit check. Application fee is $10 per person over 18. Background/credit check is sent to Background Investigation and takes between 5-6 days. First come first serve with applications. The period of time during which management will accept rental housing applications is TODAY 08/21/2026, and closed until the unit is rented. Applicants who do not speak English will have an extra 48 hours to apply.
