Forrest Edge bedrooms vary in size and in price, and are individually leased. The administrative fee is $75 per person. Bedroom A: $770/month Bedroom B: $790/month Bedroom C&D: $840/month The rental price includes standard Cable/Internet, on-site trash dumpster, and a monthly utility allowance of $70 for water and electricity. Parking at this complex is limited, and each unit only has three parking spots. Parking is an additional $40 per month, and is allocated on a first come, first serve basis. There is no guest parking available, and these units are NOT pet-friendly.
