The unit is behind 3 other units, so there is some common area. Can not block the drive. No pets allowed. The application fee is $60 per adult. We can only hold a property for approx 15 days. Upon acceptance and execution of the lease, we require the security deposit and the first month's rent. Must have a valid State DL. No housing accepted.
