The suites include refrigerator, range, dishwasher, microwave and in-suite laundry. Furnished townhomes include linens and fully equipped kitchens and are available for an additional $100 per month. Water is included in the rental rate. Millennium Village is located near schools, Independent Grocer and other shops and services. Small pets allowed for a non-refundable pet fee.
