The Randolph Apartments is a classic 1925 building located in the heart of Capitol Hill in a great location within walking distance of the new Light Rail Station and great places to eat and shop. The Randolph features gorgeous hardwood floors, spacious units, and old-world charm. Some of the units have great views of downtown and the Space Needle. The vintage elevator is a reminder of the days gone by. This unit is on the 3rd floor and faces East overlooking 13th Ave. It receives great natural light throughout the day and oozes plenty of charm with much of the original wood work intact. At the time of application, we require payment of the $25 application fee per person and a $250 deposit that is then applied to the $1000 refundable security deposit upon approval.
