The apartment is located in a quiet complex very close to the movie theater, library, hiking trails and downtown Atascadero! Water and trash are included, tenant pays gas and electricity. Apartment comes with a gas stove/oven and a built in microwave. This is a corner unit which means minimal shared walls! We do accepts pets with extra deposit, we only accept one pet. Dogs need to be under 25 pounds. No smoking allowed. Security deposit is equal to one month's rent.
