For a simple monthly fee of $20 for a one-bedroom apartment and $30 for a two-bedroom apartment, you can enjoy the convenience of washing and drying your clothes whenever you need to. No need to worry about coins, cards, or anything else – just simply wash, dry, and repeat! Utility Fee for garbage, water, sewer, common electric and gas will be billed each month according to your unit size. Electric for the unit will need to be placed in your name. The current utility reimbursement fees are $40 for a 1 bedroom, $80 for a 2 bedroom per month.
