This basement studio unit is being offered on a 12 month Lease term and there is a $75 water, sewer, garbage utility fee per month as well as a $15/month laundry fee. At the time of application, we require payment of the $25 application fee per person and a $250 deposit that is then applied to the $1000 refundable security deposit upon approval.
