The Madison Place apartments is a 40 unit building built in 1989. It is located around the corner from the Capitol Hill Trader Joe's and near the Safeway off Madison. There are a plethora of nearby shops and restaurants to discover as well as a Metro bus line that stops in front of the building that goes downtown every 15 minutes. Unit 210 is situated on the East side of the building and receives lovely natural light. It has new laminate flooring throughout, updated appliances, granite counter and a small private balcony. At the time of application, we require payment of the $25 application fee per person and a $250 deposit that is then applied to the refundable $1000 security deposit upon approval. This building is no smoking and no dogs, cats are allowed. An assigned parking stall may be available for $100/month.
