Unit 406 is a top floor townhome-style 1Bedroom that has a private deck off the living room and a washer dryer stack in the bathroom. It has laminate flooring throughout and new carpet in the bedroom. An assigned parking stall could be yours to use for $75/month depending on availability. We are offering this unit on a 12 month Lease Term with a 4 week rent concession. At the time of application, we require payment of the $25 application fee per person and a $250 deposit that is then applied to the $1000 refundable security deposit upon approval.
