The Parker is a property located less than 5 minutes walking to Mayo Clinic! This is a community style approach to minimalist and affordable housing in downtown! The building is sleeping units which are private sleeping rooms that are furnished, there is a separate and private bathroom/shower within each sleeping unit as well. Month to month leases that require 30 days notice, short term or long term leases. All utilities and Wi-Fi are included! Shared kitchen space with all the items (aside from groceries) to make a meal.
