We are a cat friendly community! We allow cats, and other small caged animals. There is a limit of 2 pets per household. For birds and other critters, such as rabbits, hamsters, snakes, etc.: Up to 2 are allowed, but they must be caged. Fish tanks or aquariums are not allowed. Reptiles are allowed in enclosures of up to 30 gallons. With regard to Service Animals & Emotional Support Animals, breed and size restrictions do not apply, so long as a licensed medical professional or licensed mental health professional states, in writing, that you require a service or support animal for the ongoing treatment of a medical issue. Requests for approval of a Service Animal or ESA must be documented through our partner, Pet Screening. Please note that documentation of vaccinations is required for service and support animal. In addition, pet deposits and pet rent are waived for service and support animals. We use PetScreening to screen household pets, validate reasonable accommodation requests for assistance animals and confirm every resident understands our pet policies. To facilitate the screening and validation process, PetScreening offers applicants and residents three profile types to choose from: Household Pet, Assistance Animal, and No Pet or Animal.
