By law MVPm is able to set minimum standards for applicants with regards to qualifications for occupancy.
Our qualifications are as follows:
* Must complete a background check – cost $75.00 for the first person and $75.00 for each additional person.
* Note: MVPm pays $45 per person per check. The additional money helps defer the expense of the labor in the coordination of the leasing activity.
* Verifiable monthly gross income must be at least $10,000.
*Applicant must:
* Be in the United States lawfully.
* Not be wanted by any Law Enforcement Agency.
* Be above age 18.
* Have photographic proof of identification from an approved government agency at time of application and lease signing.
* Not have engaged in any Felony within the past 7 years in which such person was guilty of a crime in which another person was harmed intentionally or otherwise.
* Have no more than a either of the following in the past five years:
* 1 eviction (see below for evictions)
* 1 Bankruptcy and/or foreclosure
If tenant(s) meet the above qualifications, leasing security deposits are determined as follows based on credit scores:
• 625 and higher – 1 month security deposit (SD)

Move In: Tenant Requirements
The full security deposit plus first month’s rent is due.
If move-in is mid-month, the first month’s rent is due at move-in. The next month will be pro-rated.
For those than have difficulty with making a full payment, tenant may enter a payment plan (see fees below) for no more than the first month’s rent.

All tenant responsible utilities must be in the tenant’s name.
If applicable, occupancy registration with local municipal office.
