These units are cute cute cute and most of our tenants stay for years and years. Very nice (and very quiet) neighbors. There’s a large (shared) back yard and a locking storage unit for each tenant.

One cat OK. Owner takes care of lawn and pays Sewer and Trash. This unit comes with a stand alone AC unit for each which cools down the entire apartment.
Tenants pay rent + $40 a month for the resident benefit package, power and $25 for water + any applicable pet fees and pet rent. We really prefer no dogs but will accept a dog if it’s a legitimate service or ESA. Cats ok!
