The unit is 916 square feet and in District 11. There is a small storage shed right outside the sliding glass door in the kitchen. The unit has hook ups for a washer and dryer. The home does not have central AC. The tenant pays all utilities except for trash. We will allow cats but no dogs. Pets must be 1 year or older. If approved, there is a $300 Deposit per pet plus $35 per month added to rent per pet. As with all homes managed by MileStone Real Estate, any type of smoking or vaping is not allowed in the home or garage, and the growth of marijuana is strictly prohibited in or on the premises. 11 month lease.
