Thank you for your interest in the Troy Street Apartments! We offer studio apartments that feature fully furnished rooms that include a bed, dresser, lamp, microwave and compact refrigerator. The only thing you will need to bring are your personal belongings and a television. All utilities are included and FREE high speed internet is provided at no additional cost as long as rent is current. The safety of our residents is top priority. We have over 40 cameras inside and outside and you have access via your smart phone. We feature self locking doors, fingerprint locks, on-site laundry and snack machines. We follow HUD guidelines for room rates with utilities provided. A room for one person is $750 per month. An extra person will be $100 additional. The fully refundable deposit is $400. Pets are $35 per month. Rents are prorated meaning you only pay for the time that you are here. We have a seniority system that allows residents to bid on upgraded rooms as they become available as long as rent is current and you have no violations. Rooms are in short supply and are rented as quickly as they become available. If you want to ensure that you are able to obtain a room, you might consider placing a $400 deposit to reserve a room.
